Telemental Health Services

I utilize a confidential, HIPAA compliant, virtual platform that allows us to meet via video for face to face sessions from the comfort of your home. All services and communications are through HIPAA compliant platforms to ensure your personal health information is protected.

Appointments are scheduled at times that best suit your schedule from wherever you feel safe and private. Goals for treatment are unique to each client and you are in control of how your treatment progresses.

Demographics

Some of the biggest transitions in life occur between our pre-teen years through well into our 30s. From learning to navigate our young formative years, to becoming an adult and deciding upon a future, to venturing furthering into the expectations and independence of adulthood - the level of stress can be overwhelming.

Counseling services are available for older adolescents, young adults, and adults.

I have worked with clients across varying ages, cultures, orientations, and religions. I welcome clients from all walks of life to begin the process of healing through therapy.

Areas Addressed

My areas of focus include those dealing with College Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships and Relational Difficulties, General Mental Wellness, Adjustment Challenges, Low Self-Esteem and Women’s Issues. I also have a specialized background in working with those diagnosed with Asperger’s/Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder-Level 1, ADD/ADHD, and Social Skill Deficits.

Supervision Services

I obtained my Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential from CCE in 2014 allowing me to supervise Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) seeking professional licensure. If you are in need of a supervisor for licensure, I welcome you to reach out for more information.
